• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
• We do not process refunds directly - all refund requests must be made through the app store
• App store refund policies may vary by region and purchase type

For subscription-based premium features:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app store
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period

If you experience technical issues with the App:

• Please contact our support team through the app
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue
• If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund through the app store

Please note that Chuckeet operates as a peer-to-peer application:

• Messages are not stored on our servers
• Chats are only available during active sessions
• No message history is maintained
• These limitations are fundamental to our service and do not constitute grounds for refund
