By downloading, installing, or using Chuckeet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Chuckeet is a peer-to-peer messaging application that provides:

Direct device-to-device communication
End-to-end encrypted messaging
No central server storage of messages
Messages only visible during active sessions

As a user of Chuckeet, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not engage in any activity that could harm the App or other users
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App to transmit illegal or harmful content
Maintain the security of your device and connection

Chuckeet operates with the following limitations:

Messages are only available during active chat sessions
No message history is maintained after chat ends
Both parties must be online for communication
No message recovery is possible after session ends

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chuckeet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be secure or free from viruses

In no event shall Chuckeet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is used, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
